Event Brief
The event was held for members and guests of BritishAmerican Business, a transatlantic business network organisation that deliver showcase events and networking opportunities for international businesses.

The Event
The BritishAmerican Business Spring Reception was planned to take place in the pop-up Summer Garden. The Summer Garden offers a wet weather contingency plan, which due to the weather on the day of the event, meant it was relocated to the Summer Garden’s adjoining restaurant, Marco Grill. The events team were able to seamlessly move the event indoors in a tight turn around.

Prior to the event, the events team assisted with decorating the venue and aided with the setup of the registration table. Stamford Bridge provided their own state-of-the-art AV equipment, with a team on hand to set up branding on the TV screens in Marco Grill.

Throughout the event, a bespoke BBQ menu was served with choices including hamburgers, chicken and salads.

CFCx Partner Summit - March 2017

Event Brief
Event organisers were tasked to create and deliver the Club’s inaugural Partner Summit, to bring together senior representatives from all of our valued global partners, creating an environment allowing them to network amongst each other, inspire and encourage collaboration between partners.

The Event
The spacious and versatile Centenary Hall was transformed into a unique presentation space overlooking the pitch and was divided into distinct sectors, with inspiration drawn from some of London’s best private members clubs.

Guests entered the space through a beautifully lit gallery of images showcasing examples of each partner’s activities with Chelsea FC, with the model of our new stadium design taking pride of place, leading to a comfortable breakout area where breakfast, artisan coffees, fresh juices and smoothies were served.

The welcoming and cosy environment with sofas, armchairs, bookcases and coffee tables encouraged guests to relax and feel at home, without any of the formality of a typical conference setting. A separate lounge gave guests the opportunity to have some fun and enjoy the virtual-reality entertainment zone provided by one of the guest speakers at the event, Oscar-winning special effects specialists Framestore.

To provide a change of scenery, guests enjoyed lunch in our unique music venue Under The Bridge, with a bespoke menu which drew inspiration from each of the countries represented by our partners, including Thailand, India and Switzerland to name just a few.

Lamborghini Huracán Preview - February 2017

Event Brief
Stamford Bridge was the chosen venue to host the launch of the new Lamborghini Huracán, for not only its prestigious image, location and offering, but for its close proximity to fantastic transport links.

The Event
The Great Hall was transformed as the backdrop against the launch of Lamborghini’s new model, the Lamborghini Huracán.

The entrance to the Great Hall was dressed with branding, as well as branded registration desks. Upon arrival, guests gathered for a reception with a glass of sparkling wine, before they took their seats for the unveiling.

The Great Hall featured a large branded wall with unique geometric art along the back wall of the space, an unrevealed car and artistic white seating were placed centrally in the room. In addition to the full range of high-tech AV equipment available, Lamborghini used multiple PA systems, microphones and a large digital display for the presentation and explanation of the new model.

Wyscout Forum- November 2016

550 delegates with 140 clubs attending

Event Brief
Since 2011, wyscout Forum has hosted top football agencies, professionals and clubs to network effectively and begin top level negotiations in the world’s leading event, dedicated to football transfers and global scouting. In November 2016, the wyscout Forum hosted over 550 delegates and 140 clubs, in one of London’s most premier venues.

Stamford Bridge was selected as the venue for the 14th forum due to its icon status as the home of one of the world’s most successful football teams. In addition its city centre location and close proximity to fantastic transport links, including London’s airports, meant easy access for delegates travelling from over 110 countries.
