Coronavirus Information

Booked Events

We appreciate that with regular news stories and updates about Covid-19 coronavirus, there are many questions that our clients and visitors may have around their booked and forthcoming events.

We are monitoring the coronavirus situation carefully and regularly, with the health and safety of our visitors and team as our priority.

We hope that the following information is useful – please do contact your account manager, or our events team (events@chelseafc.com), should you have any other queries or concerns. We are working with all event planners to address any concerns as quickly as possible.

Future Bookings

At Club Chelsea we have added a clause to our standard contract for clients that gives you the flexibility to reschedule events free of charge should Covid-19 disrupt them.

The new clause allows you to request postponements that will be granted if lockdowns, travel restrictions or quarantines impact on the organisation or travel to an event. Clients will be able to reschedule free of charge, providing they re-book a new date that falls within six months of the original event date.

At a difficult time, we want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to give you flexibility during this uncertain time. We don’t know when Covid-19 restrictions will be lifted yet, but we want you to have the confidence to book with us knowing that our new terms offer the level of security you need.

Please read our Covid-19 Safety Measures before visiting!

Getting in Touch

In line with the latest government advice, we are also reducing our office presence to minimum levels in order to minimise risk to our staff at this time. If you would like a call-back, please leave your contact details in the email and we will be in touch as soon as possible. Additionally, we will issue updates via the Club’s website as and when necessary.

Our stadium operations and health and safety teams are working to ensure that all possible precautions are in place for the safety of visitors and the team.

Should there be any changes to the current recommendations from the WHO or Public Health England, we will review and share their instructions promptly. Detailed NHS guidance on how to avoid catching or spreading the virus, as well as travel and other advice, can be found on the NHS website.

We will of course keep you informed with further updates as the situation develops, and we will endeavour to make these as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please contact us at events@chelseafc.com.
