Stamford Bridge welcomed guests back for the second instalment of Beyond the Game, an event series created in partnership with Leaders in Sport to explore the powerful relationship between live experiences and elite sport.

Stamford Bridge served as the backdrop for the second instalment of Beyond the Game, an event series delivered in partnership with Leaders in Sport. Designed to explore the intersection of live experiences and elite sport, the event demonstrated how a stadium environment can be transformed into a premium, multi-layered event setting.

Hosted within Under the Bridge, one of Stamford Bridge’s most distinctive venues, the space was thoughtfully transformed from its traditional live music setting into a refined forum for industry dialogue. At the heart of the room, a carefully designed stage and panel configuration created a natural focal point, framing the evening’s speakers, Giulia Mazzia, Commercial Director of Chelsea FC Women; Kerstin Lutz, Chief Executive Officer of the Billie Jean King Cup; and Alex Johns, Chief Executive Officer of Nicholson, while maintaining a sense of intimacy between speakers and audience.

Lighting and production played a crucial role in elevating the atmosphere, shifting the tone from corporate to experiential. The balance of seating and open networking areas allowed the space to evolve throughout the evening, supporting both focused engagement during the panel discussion and more fluid interaction before and after. Integrated audiovisual capabilities ensured a seamless delivery, reinforcing the venue’s ability to host high-calibre events with precision.

The food and beverage offering was designed to reflect the premium nature of the event while supporting a seamless networking experience. Guests were served a selection of high-quality dishes presented in a format that allowed for ease of movement and conversation, ensuring that hospitality enhanced rather than interrupted the flow of the evening.

From arrival, guests were immersed in an environment that balanced sophistication with warmth, setting the tone for meaningful connection. The panel discussion brought together leading voices from across sport and entertainment, with the setting providing clear sightlines, strong acoustics and a sense of shared experience.

As the formal content concluded, the event transitioned effortlessly into a more social setting, with guests continuing conversations while exploring the wider event capabilities of Stamford Bridge. The experience extended beyond the confines of Under the Bridge, as attendees were invited into the stadium to witness the UEFA Women's Champions League quarter-final clash between Chelsea FC Women and Arsenal WFC.
